Lisa Minter, LMHC has been a Licensed Mental Health Counselor for more than 10 years. She provides counseling for adults, families, and adolescents. Lisa specializes in treating depression, anxiety, PTSD, as well as marriage and family relationship problems. Her goal is to help others have hope, and to provide them with practical tools to achieve their optimal mental health. Lisa believes that counseling can help people find ways to live healthier, happier, more fulfilled lives.

Lisa graduated from Rollins College with a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling and a Certificate in Marriage and Family Therapy. In addition to working as an outpatient counselor, Lisa has worked at La Amistad Behavioral Health Services adult campus and in the South Seminole Hospital Behavioral Health Units for adults and for children. She has worked with a wide range of emotional, behavioral, and relationship problems with adults, families, and adolescents. She has training in EMDR therapy which is a trauma resolution therapy for both recent and past trauma.
