Pantry toJFS chef logo final Plate Chefs’ Challenge is one of Orlando’s most unique foodie events of the year. On September 18, over 200 people attended JFS Orlando’s annual fundraiser at the Winter Park Civic Center.  This event featured three fantastic local chefs and challenged them to prepare a gourmet recipe by using ingredients inspired by JFS Orlando’s Pearlman Emergency Food Pantry. The three participating chefs included, Francesco Aiello, of Francesco’s Ristorante, Mark Baize of Roy’s Restaurant and Julie Casey of Outpost Neighborhood Kitchen.
