Jill Schaffer has more than 20 years of experience counseling children, adolescents and adults dealing with a wide range of issues. She has extensive experience working with children and young people learning to cope with anxiety, family disruption and social issues. She connects with her younger clients using Play Therapy and Creative Counseling techniques which make the process less threatening and more fun for them. Jill also works with young and older adults to overcome issues with anxiety, depression, health related concerns, relationship conflict and life transitions. Utilizing Positive Psychologies, Adlerian techniques, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Mindfulness practices, she is able to help her clients in a nonjudgmental, accepting atmosphere to facilitate the growth and change they are seeking.
